Registration of a representative office/branch of a foreign company in the DFMS of Russia in the city of Moscow

  1. Questionnaire for the firm – 1 copy (valid within 1 month);
  2. Document certifying a registration of a Primary company abroad (copy + a notarially verified translation into Russian);
  3. Copy of a Permission to employ foreign nationals(must be notarially verified);
  4. Copy of a work-permit for managers having a right to sign documents;
  5. Copy of a certificate of a tax registration(must be notarially verified);
